This Membership Program is designed to offer exclusive benefits, rewards, and experiences to our valued members. By joining, members agree to the terms outlined in this policy, and all other store policies.

Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Agree to abide by the program’s terms and conditions
• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information

Prices and benefits may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Membership Benefits

Priority-Access Registration to Any Event
Includes event registration fee only. Does not include associated venue costs such as food, drink, material fees, etc. Register for an event using the link in your member’s hub. Members are given priority access to all events.
Exclusive member-only events
Faith Fun Adventure will have events exclusively open to members only. Members must be an active member to participate. Events are held through out the year and vary from month to month.
Private Members Area
Members will receive instructions on how to join after purchase. Members may be removed from the members area if community guidelines are not followed.
Free birthday gift
Members receive a free gift sent through email or mail. Gift is sent at our discretion and varies each month. Member must be an active member to receive the birthday surprise.

Monthly Bible Study & Prayer Experience

Members will have access to a special event for bible study and prayer.

Membership Benefits are not transferable, cannot be resold or gifted, and are valid for registered member only. Unused benefits have no redemption or cash value. Benefits are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

Membership Fees, Payment, and Renewals

Fees are due monthly and will be automatically billed based on how member registered for the membership. Membership will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 2 business days prior to renewal.

No refunds will be issued after payment is made. See our Refund Policy for more information.

Pause Membership: Memberships can be paused without cancellation for up to 90 days. During pause all member benefits are on hold, including the use of member event tickets. Members can not use event tickets or member benefits during a membership pause. Members will not be charged a monthly fee until membership is reactivated. To pause your membership, contact Support@FaithFunAdventure.com or manage your membership from your customer account.

Membership Reactivation: Members can reactivate their membership after cancellation any time by purchasing a new membership or contacting support. Expired member benefits from a previous membership do not renew after reactivation. Contact support with any questions.

Renewals: All memberships renew on a monthly basis, subject to how the member registered, until cancelled. Log in to your member account to cancel your membership or contact support at: Support@FaithFunAdventure.com

Cancellation & Termination

Members may cancel anytime by logging into the member account or email us at Support@FaithFunAdventure.com. If member would like to cancel within 3 days of next payment, please email support to ensure your membership is promptly canceled and you do not get billed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

• Violations of terms
• Fraudulent or inappropriate behavior
• Inactivity for more than 12 months
• Any other reason we deem necessary

No-Show Policy
Members who register for an event are expected to attend or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the event start time. Failure to do so will be considered a no-show. A no-show occurs when a member does not attend and does not cancel within the required timeframe; late cancellations are also be treated as no-shows, though exceptions may be made for emergencies at management’s discretion. To ensure fair access for all members, repeated no-shows will result in the following penalties:

• 1st occurrence: a courtesy reminder
• 2nd occurrence: a temporary restriction on event registrations for a period of two weeks (14 calendar days)
• 3rd occurrence: A loss of booking privileges through the Members Calendar for 90 days. Members may register for an event during this time by purchasing a registration. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Please note, registration fees are non-refundable in the case of a no-show, while cancellations made within the allowed timeframe may be eligible for a credit to use at a later date, in accordance with our refund policy. Because no-shows prevent waitlisted members from attending, we ask that you cancel promptly if you are unable to participate; by registering for an event, members acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.

Privacy & Data

Member information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership Program and its benefits at any time. Members will be notified of major changes via email or website.

Member Code of Conduct & Community Standards

Faith Fun Adventure is a private membership community designed to foster friendship, encouragement, and faith-centered connection through group activities and gatherings. To protect the safety and experience of all members, participation in the community requires agreement to the following standards.

1. Respectful Conduct

Members are expected to treat all participants with respect, kindness, and courtesy. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, or behavior that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable will not be tolerated.

2. Positive and Supportive Environment

Members agree to contribute to a supportive and uplifting atmosphere. Gossip, public criticism of members, or behavior that disrupts the community environment may result in removal.

3. Personal Responsibility

Members voluntarily participate in all events and activities at their own discretion and assume full responsibility for their own safety, decisions, and well-being during community gatherings. By attending events, members acknowledge that: Participation is at their own risk; They are responsible for their own safety and personal decisions; They must follow venue rules and local laws. Faith Fun Adventure and its organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or personal losses that may occur during activities or gatherings.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in Faith Fun Adventure activities, members agree to release and hold harmless Faith Fun Adventure, its organizers, partners, volunteers, and hosts from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from participation in community events or interactions with other members. Members acknowledge that activities may include outdoor recreation, travel, physical activity, or social gatherings that involve inherent risks.

5. Financial and Personal Boundaries

Members may not request or solicit money, gifts, loans, or financial assistance from other members within the community.

6. No Solicitation or Promotion

Members may not promote businesses, services, events, fundraising, or outside groups to other members without prior approval from Faith Fun Adventure. To seek approval email info@FaithFunAdventure.com.

7. Appropriate Communication, Privacy and Confidentiality

Members should maintain respectful and appropriate communication in group chats, events, and private interactions with other members. Overly personal, inappropriate, or uncomfortable interactions may result in warnings or removal from the community. Personal information, private messages, or photos of members should not be shared publicly without consent. 

8. Dating & Relationship Disclaimer

Faith Fun Adventure is a friendship and activity-based community, not a dating or matchmaking service. While friendships and relationships may naturally form between members, Faith Fun Adventure does not facilitate, screen, monitor, or take responsibility for romantic relationships between members. Members interact with one another at their own discretion and responsibility. Faith Fun Adventure and its organizers are not responsible for conflicts, disputes, or outcomes related to personal or romantic relationships between members.

9. Conflict Resolution Policy

If conflict arises between members, participants are encouraged to address concerns respectfully and privately when possible. Members should not use group chats or community spaces to criticize, shame, or confront other members publicly. If a situation cannot be resolved privately, members may bring concerns to Support for review. Faith Fun Adventure reserves the right to mediate, issue warnings, limit participation, or remove members if necessary to protect the health of the community.

10. Compliance With Event Venues

Members must follow the rules and policies of any venue, park, restaurant, or location where activities are held.

11. Organizer Authority

Faith Fun Adventure reserves the right to remove any member at any time if their behavior is deemed harmful, disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the mission of the community. Removal decisions are made at the sole discretion of Faith Fun Adventure.

12. Membership Revocation

Membership may be suspended or revoked without notice for violations of community standards. Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

13. Community Purpose

Faith Fun Adventure exists to create opportunities for friendship, fellowship, fun, and faith-based connection. The community is not intended to provide professional counseling, therapy, financial assistance, or matchmaking services.

Agreement

By participating in Faith Fun Adventure events, online spaces, or memberships, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow these Community Standards.

Member Safety

Your safety is important to us. While we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment, participation is at your own risk. Please use common sense and caution when interacting with others, both online and in person. We do not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee the actions or intentions of others. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your personal safety. We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from your participation. If you ever feel unsafe or notice suspicious behavior, please report it immediately by reaching out to local law enforcement or dial 911.
