Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a membership or an early registration item. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions or Memberships
When you purchase a membership you'll receive ongoing access to events and member benefits.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged according to the membership term.
Memberships auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew a membership you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your membership, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your membership from there or by logging into your account and clicking "manage membership."

Early Registration Items
When you purchase an Early Registration item, you are buying an event ticket at a discounted early registration price. We collect full payment for Early Registration items at checkout. Early Registration items follow the same Refund Policy as regular items. See our returns policy for more details.
No-Show Policy
Participants who register for an event are expected to attend or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the event start time. Failure to do so will be considered a no-show. A no-show occurs when a participant does not attend and does not cancel within the required timeframe; late cancellations are also be treated as no-shows, though exceptions may be made for emergencies at management’s discretion. Please note, registration fees are non-refundable in the case of a no-show, while cancellations made within the allowed timeframe may be eligible for a credit to use at a later date, in accordance with our refund policy. Because no-shows prevent waitlisted participants from attending, we ask that you cancel promptly if you are unable to participate; by registering for an event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.
